Land Utility

Lands feature a multitude of utilities that can serve diverse purposes depending on their Holder’s objectives.

Gamer Landowners can extract valuable resources from their Lands then use them to construct buildings such as an “Armoury” or an “Engineering Bay”. Each building will have specific utilities that will open a plethora of possibilities to the player.

Investor Landowners seeking sustainable passive income can rent out their Land’s buildings to active players in return for a fee and a cut of the profits. They will also benefit from all OXYA Federation rewards including royalties, tokens and airdrops.

The world being defined by scarcity, each Land can only fit a limited number of buildings at a time. Larger Lands can fit more buildings than their smaller counterparts and larger buildings can only fit on larger Lands. Buildings placed on Larger sized lands will also provide rarer item drops from crafting.
